Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a particularly high volume of orders, your shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 2 additional days in transit for delivery. If there happens to be a significant delay of your order’s shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order and estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Available Shipment Addresses
FLOWZOOM only ships to addresses within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FLOWZOOM is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. The customer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
FLOWZOOM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is settled.
